Item : During exercise

Use of gifs or videos during exercise in order to show gestures to be made. These gifs and videos show the gesture to be made as a first step. A sound file gives explanations. They can go with an explanation text and a timer.

Pros

Clear and readily reproducible moves.
Use of a sound record to prevent the user to have to watch the gif/video during exercise.

Cons

The user must move on to the next exercise what is not always automatic (see also gif).
